So many things have happened. :iconsu-rine: and I have had the most amazing vacation. Here is some highlights, since I don’t want to bore you guys. :flirty:

We started in Tokyo, Japan, where we went to Disneyland and Disneyland Sea. The second day there I proposed to her in front of Cinderella’s castle.

I have never been happier than when she stuttered: “Yes, yes, yes!”

Afterwards we traveled to Kyoto, where we went to Universal Studios, which have some really great attractions. One of the funniest things we tried in Kyoto was getting dressed up as Maiko's - with kimonos, black wigs and white make up. The sight took some getting used to, but we ended up enjoying it to the fullest.

Then we went to Hakone, where we enjoyed their many onsen baths. We also tried bathing in coffee, red wine, green tea etc. It was a really fun experience, even though some of the baths smelled rather weird. We also went to the Open Air Museum. Here we both felt really sophisticated, but it didn’t take long, before we stared goofing around and mimicking the statues.

To end our trip in Japan we went back to Tokyo, where we got some serious shopping done and also tried karaoke! We deeply apologize to anyone who might have gotten injured during our so called “singing”.

Before going back home to Denmark again we spend some days in London and Birmingham, England.
We started our only day in London by going to London Dungeons. Here I got scared senseless, when I got put in cage and a man suddenly appeared in the back. I almost cried of terror, I’m not even kidding. Still we had loads of fun and then went to the movies, to watch “How to Train Your Dragon 2”. The movie was just as good as the first one, but it made us cry our eyes out. The movie also made us want to finish our Ruffnut and Tuffnut cosplays.
:la:

We then ended the day watching the musical “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” which I’ve wanted to see for a year. Sadly we missed it last time we went to London. It was really beautiful to see and our seats were perfect – after the tall woman in front of Surine decided to move.

The vacation got rounded up in Birmingham, where we went to Wolf’s Bane 2. (A convention by Rouge Events for the TV show “Teen Wolf”)

We got to fangirl over the many talented actors, while enjoying their panels, getting photos with them and getting their autographs.

The best thing though, was meeting up with our lovely friends from last year’s convention. :huggle:
